1. You can place a call by calling our toll free number (877-866-5205).

2. You can log in to your account on our site under the login section.

3. You can log in using our desktop application.

4. You can log in using our android application on your mobile phone.

-How much do calls cost per minute?

>The calls cost approximately 15 cents per minute.

-How much does it cost per text?

>The text cost 15 cents per text

-Can you take inbound calls using your service?

>No, the number that you have called will only have the number you have spoofed; therefore they will call back that number.

-Can I receive a text back from a number I have spoofed?

>No, the number that you have texted will only have the number you have spoofed; therefore they will text back that number.

-Does your service support international calls?

>No. At this time we do not currently support international calls.

-Is someone using your service to spoof me?

>You can check on our site under the Spoofabuse tab to check and see if your number is being used by our clients.

-Can my phone number be blocked from getting spoofed?

>Yes, your number can get blocked. Go to the Spoofabuse tab for more details.

-Which is needed to log into my account, my pin number or my password?

>If you are dialing 1-877-866-5205 to make a call you will enter your pin number to log in.

>If you are logging in on our website, desktop application or Android application then you will log in using your user name and password.
